Commercial Ireland stating that;"Messrs. Braddell are now the largest makers in the country".


This is one of the earliest advertisements showing the registered trade mark; "The Red Hand of Ulster with the interwoven J.B & S. We believe this trade mark was registered c. 1895. In addition, Joseph Braddell & Son would have been one of the earliest recorded business's using a telephone. (1896).
