"No.2 Harcourt Street.
To Let, on lease (with or without fine) that small neat single-roomed House, 2 Harcourt-Street within one door of Stephen's-green, of which it commands an extensive view, and is admirably suited for a single professional gentleman, or small respectable family, the rent being considerably under what lodgings let for in this fashionable neighbourhood.
Inquire at No.1, next door, and to Mr Dempsey, gunmaker, 192 Great Britain-street, or 19 Prussia-street."
