There appears to be a typo here, as the advertisements state No.14 Rutland Street in the first advert and No. 15 in the second? Unless Delany was trading from both? Research ongoing.

Richard J. Garrett in "Irish Gunmakers" lists a Joseph Delany, 8 O'Connell Street, Clonmel, Tipperary as detailed in Slaters Directory, 1894.
