                                  An Apprentice Run Away.
 “Whereas on Wednesday the 12th of October, 1796, the following indentured apprentice to Thomas Nevit (sic) , gun-maker, Liverpool, absented himself from the service of his said master, without cause or complaint, and is supposed to be now working in Dublin. Notice is hereby given , that a reward of two guineas will be paid to any person apprehending the said apprentice, and all justifiable expenses allowed for bringing him back to his said master; and any person harbouring or employing him after this public notice , will be prosecuted as the law directs.
Robert Blackburn , 19 years of age, about five feet six inches high, rather slender made, and has a large mark on the left side of his head, occasioned by a fall from his horse”
