why Ireland should not furnish a succession of crack riflemen to compete at
Wimbledon; and we may mention it as a further interesting circumstance that the
cartridge known as the Boxer cartridge, which is to be used in the Snider converted
rifle, is, according to our information, the invention of a Dublin gunsmith, Mr.
Rigby.”
